In order to ensure your safety and satisfaction, we kindly request that you inform our staff about any allergies or sensitivities you may have to chemicals or substances prior to receiving any service. Your comfort and well-being are our top priorities, and we want to address any concerns you may have promptly. Should you have any questions or apprehensions about our services, our staff, or any of our products, we encourage you to reach out to our salon manager immediately. bold("Refund") We do not offer cash, credit, or debit refunds once your service is completed. By leaving the salon premises, it is understood that you have accepted and are satisfied with the service provided to you. - In the event that your nails become chipped, we are more than happy to rectify it for free if you notify us within 24 hours of the service. However, please note that you must schedule an appointment to have your nails fixed within 3 days of the initial service. Refunds or credit notes will not be provided for changes of mind. - If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our work, we are willing to redo the service at no additional cost, provided that you inform us immediately after the service is performed. - Kindly be aware that all professional tools, as well as promotional and discounted retail items, are considered final sales. Once you have left the salon, it signifies that you have accepted and are content with the service and products provided. bold("Appointment") • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. • Please contact our Front Desk if it appears that you are going to be late for an appointment. • This will ensure that you have the full time for your scheduled services. Keep in mind that if you arrive late, we will need to complete the service at the original scheduled time and in consideration of our next client. • If you have to cancel your appointment, we require a 24-hour notice. Depending on the technician’s schedule and how late you will be, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to service you right away. • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. bold("Price") Pricing for the services can vary. To avoid any surprises, it’s recommended to ask your Nail Technician about the price beforehand. They will be more than happy to provide you with all the necessary details. bold("Gift Card") Please note that our gift cards are non-refundable. Once a gift card is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. We understand that circumstances may change, but unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds on gift card purchases. Gift cards can only be used for purchases at Sandals. It cannot be redeemed for cash at any point. Sandals are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen gift cards. bold("Personal Items") Please keep all personal belongings with you at all times. Sandals Nail-Spa cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items, or for personal belongings that are left behind. Please take extra care to ensure the safety of your personal items during services. bold("Safety") Children must be supervised by an adult and sit with a parent/guardian while in the nail salon. You are liable for any damage caused by your children in the salon. Respect our clients' relaxation, please keep your children from running around or being a disturbance to others.
